Ameesha Patel shares Shah Rukh Khan confronted her for rejecting Chalte Chalte
The Bhool Bhulaiyaa actress shared the reason behind losing Chalte Chalte. She said, “Chalte Chalte, I never even knew the film was mine. It was something my secretary didn’t even inform me about. And I didn’t reject it. You know, I have to correct this misconception. I never got to know until the film was being dubbed. So Shah Rukh and I were dubbing for Chalte Chalte and Hamraaz in the same studio.”
“So, I took a washroom break, and I bumped into Shah Rukh. And he was like, ‘Amisha, come let me show you the film you rejected’. And I’m like, ‘Shah Rukh, I rejected the film with you? It’s my dream to work with you.’ And he’s like, ‘No, come let me show you some rushes of my small little film I made.’ And he was showing me Chalte Chalte, and I had no clue.”

And there are numerous such instances that I got to know later.”
